That motor combo sounds like it'll be a fun ride. I like the hood and it seems like it has good fitment for an aftermarket one. How far away are you from being finished? I'm trying to get mine finished soon as well. How'd you get your waterpump so dang polished?!? I hand polish my stuff and it doesn't even come close!

Badass motor, cant wait to see the numbers it puts out!

Just a couple things though, why the full on $$ build and then proform rockers?

How long do you anticipate that stock torque arm and 10 bolt to last? Or is that just on there to keep it rolling for now?

How did you polish the waterpump? It looks great!

What type of undercoating did you use?

Where did you get the clear corner lights?

I don't think those are proforms.

No proforms here. Scorpions 1.6s

The stock 10 bolt and suspension will be gone before too long. I kept it on for the undercoating so i dont spray on the new stuff. I will be getting a strange s60 and a full BMR/Wolf racecraft suspension

I just used the spray can undercoating from autozone. its only $5.00 a can and when it dries its nice and rubbery and sticks very well. only used 4 cans to do the whole underbody with 2 coats. as far as polishing the water pump like i stated before lots of sanding starting with 800 grit to knock down the bigger bumps and went all the way to 2500. then used a polishing compound, and finally a metal polish i found at a local do it best hardware store called MAAS. really good stuff, one tube will last forever and it only costs $6.00. its a paste that you rub in and comes out amazing

They weren't tightened down yet in that picture and they are self aligning anyways. The pic on the first page is when they were tightened. Always gotta be a nit-picker!!

How is tightening going to straighten them and if the are self aligning why do I see guideplates?
