I am going to call kooks tomorrow and see what the hell the deal is. I know I called them about buying the ls1 kit when it first came out to install on my 97. All I wanted to know was how much different was the collector placement between the lt and ls headers and the guy couldn't tell me ****. Kooks is really screwing the pooch on this thing.

Just talked to the president of kooks headers. Long story short, it's still a go and I am going to help them get it fitted up using my 97 camaro. He did say that the collector placement wasn't much different between the lt and ls cars. I think using a lt y-pipe will require minor modifications to get this system to work and he agrees.

Trans damn, I am not sure how long it is going to take to get it or just how much will be involved in getting it to fit.
Camaro350z28, he said that the collector placement between a lt and ls car is only about an 1 1/2" different. In theory you should be able to use some of the lt y pipe to get a rough idea where to cut and place the x-pipe.
