He wants the LT4 kit and nothing else. Thank you for all the info.
Also the car is full bolt ons. How it sits now is how I sold it to him
Full headers, 3" ORY, no cat, 3" Magnaflow catback, moroso intake, Solomon tuned. Also the car is an M6.

IMO "bolt-ons" are the modifications currently done to the car, meaning, nothing internal. That's what I think of when someone says "Full bolt on's" (CAI, LT's, Catback, tune)

A hotcam will be a big improvement over a beef stock car, but the beef stock car will smell better.

I agree Im running the cc502 which is a very similar cam and i like it. Its a nice street cam which is where my car spends the majority of the time. Its a very fun car from light to light.

I would recommended a lt4 knock module if it doesn't have one as well but you probably could get away with out one.

Would the LT4 knock sensor be an improvement in performance or is that to match the LT4 valvetrain?

when you add roller rockers they tend to make more noise then the stock rockers. the stock knock module will think its knock and retard the timing. The lt4 knock module will filter that noise out and look for true knock.

It's always a good idea to use a new oil pump drive with a new cam so they wear in together. GM p/n 1103868.
FWIW I really like my hotcam.
