Question Could this be my problem?? help

well the car has been having problems shifting at WOT. the check engine light would come on after about 10 mins of driving then turn off when i stopped the car. the previous owner told me that it was for a 02 senser that he removed from the exhaust. well i took it to autozone and had it read since i dont have one. 3 things came up
12- no tach signal to computer
14- engine temp sensor
and 36- which was a 24x signal error
well the car has been having problems shifting at WOT. and i was about to replace the trans. but would one of those 3 things give me problems at WOT? i imagine the tach signal would but im not sure about the 24x signal error any help is appreciated

no tach signal is why its not shifting and the temp sensor needs to be changed asap as well. Thats the one located in the waterpump
