I swear I seen this befor and I thought it was the ltcc kit but I'm not seeing it. I want to get away from tuner cats and be able to tune with my hp tuners and not have to deal with the low rev limit.
So what are my options?
I'm also on a 95 obd1 setup in a 97 car

The kit is called the 24x by efi connections. You can piece together used parts and build your own diy harness that actually pretty easy to and be just under a grand in. Sell off your pcm, coil, icm, opti, wires, etc and its even cheaper.
There is a "search" button that is very handy on the top right of the scrol bar that you put in 24x and find everyones build threads including mine. Do a search and I'm sure you find all the answers your looking for.
Great thing is no more prone ignition problems and the ability to tune with hp tuners is a way better and easier to dial in a tune.
