Because it's a dual speed fan, perhaps the high speed is not engaging? A weep hole leak will not influence your cooling issues unless it's leaking enough to drain the system, and if it does that you'll have more ignition problems than you could shake a stick at. Have the fan relays been tested?

As far as the pump clearing the fans, one of them will. The other will not. I run one fan now, gonna have to work on the other. Does anyone know if u can space the fan alone towards the radiator about an inch? I dont want to slice the entire fan in half to gain clearance. As far as stealing someones money on this or any other site...U beter resolve the issue or your posts wont mean **** around here. Your reputation means ALOT in this day and age!!! FIX IT or GO THE **** AWAY!!!!!!

Just to be positive to everybody like I said before - Everything appears to be normal aside from the problems I posted. I've bled the system a million times - almost DAILY trying to catch any more air. I've bled it with the car flat, tipped forward, and tipped back. No more air comes out. The mix is around 50/50. BOTH FANS COME ON, BUT, THEY COME ON WHEN THE CAR IS ALREADY 3/4 UP. The temp readings from both sensors are correct, verified with livedata scanner, PCM is matching gauge reading.

Ehhhhmmmm idk if I'm forgetting anything... Yeah screw a manual fan switch, why would anyone buy one of those when a tune is just a little bit more. I'm getting a tune as soon as my headers & borla are installed, so soon!

As far as the EWP goes - It's good to know that it actually doesn't provide more cooling at mid-high rpms. I guess it would make sense since the OEM wp is mechanical, the higher you spin the more IT spins, thus better flow. But since my problem is at idle and city driving, maybe it WOULD be a good idea to drop the EWP in. It seems right for my trouble areas.

And as far as this guy coming into my threads now saying I ripped him off, I already PM'd you back and I'm sick of dealing with you. I wanted to use paypal because there is NO WAY for anyone to get ripped off. You told me the only way you could pay was by sending a money order, which I hate because THIS sort of thing happens. I never got or cashed a money order from you, and I'm not sending you a brand new cutout for free because you want to use the POS money order scam. I don't give a ****, badmouth me all you want. That's why I, and everyone else in the ******* world uses paypal.

Sir I have the message in my inbox where you said you received the money order. Then you said some **** about going to jail for missing a court date? That's the last I heard of you. You never PM'd me back. And you said a money order was perfectly fine. But if you can sleep at night after screwing someone over than I can too.

I've seen a couple phantom cooling issues that were diagnosed to the max before. It sounds like you've done everything by the book. From what I remember on mine, even when the fans kicked in at 221 the instrument gauge only displayed about half way.
I'm gonna say it should never get to the 3/4 mark.

You said you pressure tested the system? Have you checked your radiator cap and verified that your overflow is working correctly. The system may test good to 18 psi but if the cap isn't bleeding excess coolant off you may have a volume issue.
Is the cap stock. From what I remember the system is designed to be at a certain pressure AND -with a certain volume- of coolant. The radiator cap controlls this. Let me know what you find.
