No I have a 2.95 right now and just ordered a 2.5. His motor had a Lifters go bad so we got the engine out today and ordering parts to freshin it up. It will be about a month Intill we race so I have time to get dialed in

Got a guy here in DFW running 9's with stock bottom end and tranny in his 2012 CTSV. Names Will he has plenty of vids on here. Those cars impress the **** outta me..

 

They impress me too. This local car only had a pulley and tuning.

Yeah that's mine. But that was when I was just trying to figure out why its not making much boost. That Vette vs the cobra only made 540rwhp. But my dads Vette looks almost just like it. the cobra has a built 460 and made just about 500rwhp.

 

Yeah but a Cobra weighs in at 2300lbs.
The C5 Z06 weighs in at like 3100lbs.

Thats 800lbs less and it still got stomped.

 

The cobra what at 5500 in 4th gear. It's rev limiter was at 6000.. the cobra will only hit about 150. The Vette passted him at 135

 

I just hope I can beat these car cuz I was chasing during this race running only 7 psi and 17deg of timing and they would barely pulling away. My dads Vette would smoke both of these cars.... The Vette guy in that race thinks his car is so fast. He told me it traps 150+ lol. I know the guy that built the engine. He said he might trap 125
