Cool, thanks. I have a question about the items that come with the Racetronics pump. They advertise:

Racetronix custom Walbro-GM Teflon in-tank harness
High-pressure non-kinking 'Flex' fuel tube
New Push-Lock fitting
Stainless gear clamps
Custom 30-micron high-flow fuel sock
Assembly adhesive & lubricant included

How much grief is it to use or reuse any of these thing I may not get with another pump?

So did I. Brand new 92 SS when I got back from Desert Storm. It was a pig. Traded in 6 months later on a Syclone.

Turns out they were trying to call me instead of returning my email. Wish they would have left a message

Cut the side bars out of your doors yet? :-)

Hey Ed, I certainly don't have more than you but I was told that at wide open throttle on 36 lb injectors, a stock pump will run the car lean. I've had nothing but issues with my racetronix Walbro and wouldn't mind swapping back but always get scared hearing this from forum members as well as track buddies etc.

My old 383" had 42lb Lucas injectors, and at 8600 in the lights I had no pressure drop with a stock tank, stock GM pump, lines, filter and rails. Most people telling **** like that are selling parts or reading too many message internet boards. Not actually doing it with good parts. I now have an Aeromotive pump, since I had the car back-halved and put a small fuel cell in it. No room for a stock tank in it now.

Thanks Ed! I think I'll trust your word over theirs!
