Yep, it's easy to blame a converter when it's not being fed the torque it's supposed to have Good job getting it all sorted out!

Is your bottom end all stock, not rebuilt? What are you turning for rpm's now?
It's rpm more than power output that hurts them. For that 100 shot, something to consider: your power curve will move to the left, so to run your best time on the 100 shot, you'll be shifting about 300-400 rpm sooner.
I shift at 6450-6500, the bottom end is stock and car weigh 3200 with out driver. AFR heads are straight out the box. Tires are 275/50/15 Hoosier with 3.73 gears. Suspension is stock in the front but the rear is LCA w/relo brackets, panhard bar, torque arm, comp engineering drag shocks, air bag in right spring @20psi, and nothing is adjustable..

Thanks. Check out post #23 for the suspension mods, but compression is about 11.0:1

My car does that. For some reason only at the track though. I can launch it very hard on the street and it will be fine but then at the track it will bounce two to three times. Very nice times by the way sounds like a great set up.
