The billet block allows for large bores. It has 4.125 bores to unshroud the heads and .450 longer sleeves for the larger stroke that’s planned. This motor has a 9.150 deck height, factory oil bosses, stock cam height, cam bore size, stock lifter bores and full water jackets.

This isn't a converted Donovan frankenstien block, this is a custom from scratch billet block.
Being billet means expensive as ****, waaayyyy more then the ~$2.5k dart block would have been. Would love to see what he spent.

It's not a casting, it's carved by a CNC machine from a solid block of aluminum.
Almost all the block specs are the same as a Gen I small block engine with the front of the case being different to accommodate the LT1 water pump and drive gear. Any stock LT1 block would give a CNC shop the needed measurements.
So what do you guys think, $10,000.00 for one of these blocks?

It only exists if you've got the cabbage. None of us in the "typical" owner scenario with a little extra play money could ever think about a motor like this. Kudoz to this that can and please do well with it
