Initially, my thoughts are it's not good. What RPM was the engine at? Seems high.

Flat cam or lifter bleeding down allowing the valve not to close properlt

Sounds like she's missing. Check you plugs, plug wires, and Optispark. Also check for a leaking fuel injector.

I had a 95 Impala that sounded like that after sitting for a bit. It wound up be rust that had built up on the valves. I just cracked the throttle for a bit and the engine knocked everything loose and ran fine afterwards.

my idle is 1500 rpm. i know its high. But i dont know how to decreise it.

Did you notice the popping sounds ?

Also she has a weak accerelation. And popping in egsaust.

I'd like to see/hear video taken from under the hood. Can you give a history of the car and mods and when this noise started?
