New LT World Record

Tick Performance took their 6 speed LT1 shop car with an "off the shelf" cam to the TX2K19 races in Houston this past weekend and set a new world record for LT cars....and did it with a T56.

8.18@172 Besting the previous record by over a half second.

badass car, there was a build thread in the forced induction section a while ago but looks like the car has changed hands since then

I thought the Tytech 3rd gen with LT1 and rear mount turbo was faster than that.

Tic is probably one of the foremost performance T56 builders, so A LOT. I read once what upgrades where done to the tranny but I cant remember for the life of me what they were.
