Are header gaskets generic?

I purchased speed daddy headers off ebay in 2010 or so, the gaskets failed this year on one side. Will I be able to order a set of felpro (or other) gaskets to replace them?

Eh... because i have been using them since 1998. It’s nothing more than a D-port SBC header gasket.

Great. I'll take your word for it.

Probably going to need new bolts... Jegs is recommending 3/8'' x .750'' but I'm reading other threads saying to go for 3/8'' x .1''.

Sooo, which one is it?

ARP 100-1211

Seems a few people recommended the 1 inch bolts over 0.75

Either 3/8x1 or even 5/16x1. Both of those will make it far easier to tighten around header primaries. Good idea to retorque them after a few heat cycles.
