Is your AC plugged full of dirt and crap? I think pulling timing would create more heat. It drives up EGTs which gets dumped back into the water. We're probably splitting hairs here though.

AC? What kind of car do you take this for

I dropped two degrees to match my old HP tuner tune, versus the new setup with Holley. Grasping at straws but wanted to be sure the setup was the same and to make a new EWP seem more logical.

Oh, I thought you were pushing through all 3. It was 100 degrees out last weekend when I raced, 30 minutes straight of WOT, and the car never went past 220. I think it's time to pull the trigger and do the shroud. Even if it's cardboard I think it'll make a huge difference. I have that POS plastic tank stock radiator on mine and am doing better than you, albeit with less power, but in much more austere conditions.

I installed a new EWP, and burped system with a fancy funnel thing, but won't be able to get it out on highway to check till Monday.

Old EWP was from 2009, so perhaps it was just tired?

I am hopeful.
