Default Advise on taking the door panel off

Can’t open drivers side door from the outside nor inside. Trying to figure out what the heck is wrong. In the process so far have all the screws out and have the switch panel out and I’m able get the front part of the door panel to rise 1/2 an inch but seems like it’s not bugging. I don’t want to destroy the panel because it’s in pristine condition. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Is the bezel around the door handle removed as well? The Door lock "slide" piece? Should Just lift right out, otherwise [Dont forget the mirror triangle too]

The way I understand it you are trying to remove the door panel while the door is still shut, is that correct? If so, I don't think that is possible, you probably need to get a slimjim, open the door, then remove the door panel and repair whatever is broken.

Two giant screws in the door handle below the bezel. You get those? Yes, be very careful with old plastic. Especially if it's cold in your area.

yeap & yeap. And the triangle piece is out. The plastic support hooks so far are still attached thankfully but the mid rear one will not lift up enough. The one thing that is holding me back is the actually dash getting in my way and the only way so far it’ll seem to get out is by bending the panel. I left it alone due to fear. Tried doing a search for door panels in case I have to destroy it and can not find a grey fiber one let alone one in perfect condition. 🤔

door panel has plastic hooks. IIRC I would lift up on the panel off from the back of the door (where the door hinge is) first. It does not come off by just pulling on it. Must lift, or you may break the hooks.

The panel does have several hooks on it as described above and must be lifted/moved upwards for removal. Having said that, I've never tried removing the panel with the door closed,

got to the latch and I’m not sure what is broken. I’m pulling the handle and switch from unlock to lock and no change in feeling at all. Tried simultaneously holding both inside handle & outside handle and will still not open. 🤬 feel like taking and angle grinder and just cutting the damn door off. Anyone have any ideas?
