Verdad Gallardo I have put about 5 of these pulleys on, unless you have after market pulleys, it will fit with the stock belt. It may be alittle pita like all belts are once these tensioners get old but its designed to work with the stock belt.
None, just gets rid of the ac, so you save a little weight, trust me its not a smart mod unless your ac comp took a dump and you dont have the cash flow to pimp a new one.

Yeah my ac comp clutch locked up..shredded two belts before I finally got mine delete ordered. A new comp was a lot of $$$.
I did have one issue...if WOT and going thru a curve I would occasionally lose power steering *belt slippage* in higher RPMs, not sure if I had a weak pulley or not..but if you have any issues you can get a lil bit smaller belt to prevent that kinda thing.
