Default bolt ons

Hey i just got my 95 z28 A4 so im pretty much a noob at Lt1's right now, and my goal for this car is to some day break the 12's with maybe a 12.8 or 12.9. But i dont want to get to crazy and go inside the engine, I am just wondering is this possible with just bolt-ons? If so what bolt-ons would you recommend?

Thanks,
Chris

accually with bolt-ons breaking into the 11's is VERY possible, with stock heads/cam and bottom end.

the 94 z28 in GMHTP Project the grape of wrath had no tune, shorty headers, cat, 3.42 gears, and never seem to run that strong. with just suspension/intake/exhaust you can hit 12's. I plan to do it this winter when it gets colder down here in fl.

There's a wealth of info in that stuck thread, and a very good bolt-on writeup courtesy of Gangly.

A friend of mine, with a 52mm tb, 3200 stall, 1.6rrs, flp lts, ory, borla c/b, lcas, phr, 12 bolt, 3:73's and 150shot went 11.50s in a convertible. So figure a considerably lighter car (yours). A cut-out, good tune, some weight reduction, better suspension setup, and dr's (as was his time was cut on) and you would be right there, low 12's high 11's. Nice.

drag radials, subframes, rca's, headers and some nitous. i know you said you dont want drag radials and n02 but for a stock car you will need them.
