Default Procharged 383

New to the board... only been to the dyno once and then went again after replacing the stock Opti with the MSD...

1994 Z28 A4 3.23 rear end Precision 2800 stall
383 cid 9.0:1 cr JE pistons
Stock Block and Heads. Heads ported and Manley
Valves 2" and 1.56" 1.6:1 gold race Crane rockers,
Comp Cam 220/230 114lsa,

ATI Procharger, intercooled at 10#boost

42#injectors, inline fuel pump, Crane HI6, PS91 Coil,
MacShorty Headers, 3"hifloCat, Edelbrock 3"CatBack

Tune by PCMforLess

First Dyno ever

437 rwhp sae cant remember torque...

Replaced the OPTI and went back to the Dyno

447 rwhp....

Had a custom tune right there and then...still showed 10# boost..
and got 502 rwhp unadjusted (it was 55 degrees)

Adjusted to sae 481 rwhp and 474 rwtq...

So the opti added 10 hp and the dynotune added 37 rwhp

ps I think I need bigger injectors as it is getting lean at top end...

Regards fellow F body guys

If you're telling me (us) that a 1994 Formula ran 11.5 at 130 mph with heads and cam (and a crappy cam, at that) and no power adder, then I'd like to be the first to call BULL ****!

Be the first to call it, but there is no s/c or t/c.And there is more than heads and a cam, did you read the list?

10-4. You edited the list to add the 150 shot. That's a little more believable. BTW welcome to CZ28.com.

You're Torque #'s are nuts, that's awesome!

I've got to throw a 300 shot on mine one of these days, she's built for more than that but I'm conservative.
