good things come in time....i think u can find a better one less miles for around the same price i got my 93 A4 z28 from a little car lot in Cali. with 72k for $6250 out the door...but thats just my .02

I got mine with 88k miles, in perfect shape for $5500. With K&N FIPK, Underdrive Pullies, Hypertech Chip and 160 Thermo and a Custom Exhaust system. But the guy gave me a good deal because he wanted to sell it to someone who would take care of it and money wasn't a big issue to him. The only problem with mine was the passenger power window motor was out. I think you could find one with less miles for $5500-6000.
like said above, good things come to those who wait. I spent about 3 months looking for my car and ended up with a 95 TA just arrived from cali, owned by a older woman who never really drove it just thought it was "cute" 
and had just under 30k on it for $7000.
you can find tons of f-bodys on autotrader.com, just make sure you keep your eyes peeled driving around town cause you never know what might be sitting on the side of the road

Im inclined to say the price is a little high for that mileage, and with the mods listed i bet it has seen a few hard miles, and maybe some demodding, but thats just my opinion.
