Car is hesitating and bogging, backfiring while cruising too

I changed the ICM...
The computer says its running lean and pulling fuel out.. Duty cycle i have no idea but they are 60lb injectors.. fuel pressure is 42 psi at idle with a boost ready regulator.. PCM forless did the tune on it.. the tune hasnt changed, it just started happening out of nowhere.. The problem seems to have gone away after resetting the computer again so I changed the Knock sensor and O2s and didnt reset the comp.. so I guess now that I reset it, it relearned everything and it was one of those sensors.. Ill keep you all posted if it comes back of not.
