Default procharged WS6

Hello everyone. I'm considering buying a '97 WS6 with the a procharger and a bunch of other mods. I'm curious as to the differences between the ls1 and the lt1 engines. Also, what should I look for on this car as far as supporting mods, potential problems, etc. Also what's a good price for this car? It's a P1-SC with a high altitude pulley. Here's what else it has:
new forged LT1 w/only 500 miles
rebuilt 6MT
255 lph fuel pump
30 lb injectors
fuel management unit
MAC midlength headers
4 inch spintech catback exhaust
spec stage 3 clutch
drilled/slotted rotors
hawk pads
weld-in subframe connectors
18 inch C5 wheels
43k original miles

The ad says 10 psi, so I'm assuming it's the procharger model with 10-14 psi and dual intercoolers. Here's what else it has:
new forged LT1 w/only 500 miles
rebuilt 6MT
255 lph fuel pump
300 lb injectors

Only 43 thousand miles with new engine and rebuilt transmission is great. LT1s are better sounding then LS1s because of the iron block but are also slower. They should run low to mid 14s stock. You will be much, much faster with those modifications though
Test drive the car, check the fluids, carfax it, if everything checks out i would say make him an offer.

Also take some pics and post them

A lot of them run high to mid 13s stock. Plan on purchasing a new rear end in your near future.

High retail blue book value is $12-13k. Do you think you're going to get all your money back on the mods when you sell your car? He's not stupid and he understands this. He's trying to get a little more than he owes on it. I'd like to see him get any more than $18k.

If it's what you want then go for it. You can't start from scratch and come out better than that anyway.

I talked him down. Like you said, I couldn't do this myself for that price. And I doubt the stock LS1 or LT1 would satisfy me.

my entire kit was a damn joke, non of the bends of the piping was right, all the hoses didnt fit right or they would have kinks in them. The instructions were even worse. Plus missing parts and the tech line was totaly BS If i were you id stay away from it.

I have to ask but where did you buy your kit from? You can pm me if you don't want that information out. Thanks.

Well, the kit has already been professionally installed. So I know everything's there and fits right. And the place that put it in is an authorized Procharger installation center, so the instructions really aren't that important.
