well.... with the boost. look for a cam with anywhere between 114 and 116 LSA, for best output. i would call comp for a custom grind for your specific application

Definately a weekend cruiser....and a track frequent car!!
Everyone says..."don't use LT4 head and cam pkg," with the blower......so Trick Flow has the heads I want...but I can't find the part numbers anywhere......and now I need a blower friendly cam!

He does his own cam, I think its Bauer Racing, or Bauer engineering. He works with Lloyd Elliot and does the cam for his packages. http://www.eportworks.com

bret's email is

bret@bauer-racing.com

The gains with his cams are incredible, there are plenty of happy customers in the LT1 section of http://www.camaroz28.com

He does ask to keep cam spec private to each individual because this is his business and he goes want to give his competition help. But feel free to email him and inquire.

I would talk to some guys with superchargers and call a few companies that specialize in that. You need a shop that is very familiar with your setup.

as far as custom cams, who has the fastest cam only, H&C, and stroked LT1

I think that kinda of a low blow, I mean I dont think he was looking for a all out race car with a cam only. Its a totally different setup. He wants a good cam for his setup which is unique and just like everyone elses. Joe O. makes some stupid cams and as well as Bret, you just gotta talk to all of them and see who you like best. Just my own opinion.

How in the hell was that a "low blow"? I reccomended that he talk to a shop that specialized in forced induction. They would have the most experience in cam development for his application.

You stated the fact that the "gains" are incredible. "Incredible" to me equals faster than average!

I ment that in a joking sense, chill. Ive seen your vid of your car. Its far different than the average fbody.

I do agree, talk to an expert, either in engines, or more specific engine components. Tuning will be a determing factor on any setup and if it will run well.
