throttle body airfoil

A throttle body airfoil is pretty cheap, and it seems like a neat bolt-on. Is it a waste of time, or is it actually worth the money?

personally i feel they work if not the larger tb's would not be sold with them made into them.will you notice a gain in the 1/4 mi.prolly not in an lt1 but for the price its a good lil mod,i think they only work at higher speeds like at the end of the 1/4 mi.say 1000'but by then its shut down time.TPI cars barely made a change with one installed possibly a tenth, MAX.
there are a few different ones to purchase but the only one that i like is the hypertech it bolts in and looks like it belongs there the others just sit in the boot or clip on the tb...just mho!

if you get it for around 20$ and gain 3 hp thats a great $ to horses.and next to no labor

If it gives you 2hp its worth it, cuz they aren't very expensive. Pretty good bang for the buck if you ask me.

i had a holley foil on my 94 till i put a BBK TB on. i noticed quite a "bang for the buck" cause there inexpensive, and i could tell a slight seat of the pants gain also
