full exhaust, cai, and a tune, the lt1 will be making about as much power as an ls1 Kinda like how a quick punch can feel harder than a smooth push, but they both have the same force behind them.

If the LT1 WAS properly made, the LS1 wouldn't have been created.
J/K, GM wanted a clean slate with the LS1, and needed an all aluminum engine for the corvette to please the wine & cheesers out there, plus it had the benefit (big plus!) of the arch. being installed in all manner of vehicles, not just hi-po cars.
I had a H&C 95z and I miss the sound of the true duals through single chamber flows....
Incorrect. The 98-99 LS1 doesnt hit over 290 tq until about 3200, I have a stock dyno sheets for both.
The LT1 hit peak torque quickly at 3000 ( ive seen less, and hold it well until about 4800.
Also, notice the hp curve is on a contineuos incline.
Here a stock sheet off a 96 T/A with just a K&N Filter.

Comments such as those make me wonder...
Have Most LS1 owners never rode in a LT1?
And whats that **** about smoother... what?
Ive drove both.
They might not like the results if they need help dislodging there head from their ***.

Funny, that LS1 has over 300ftlbs from say 2400rpm. Looks to me like thats alot more low end, but maybe i'm just a stupid LS1 sackrider
I own an LT1, not an LS1.
The LS1 makes more power over the LT1 at every RPM. Period.
*EDIT* And thats a stock 98 LS1.
