over heating my dad has 95 corvette driving it down the road its fine but once you sit for a minute or so it over heats and on real hot days it will overheat with the air on while driving down the road what can he do to stop this or help

Check to see if fans come on, check relays, check computer
I got a manual fan switch myself.
Also, one fan is supposed to come on with the AC. I don't know if the 95 vettes have dual fans or just one.
Also make sure it's not your pump. Do A coolant flush
