seems a lil low but remember thats a decent size stall with a stock stall that would prolly be 287...315

your tq shoulda spiked higher than that though...post a pic of the dyno

yea i would think it would be higher as well. I dynoed 285 through my 3000 stall. 2.1-2.2 str. with similar mods. maybe a bigger t.b.? i have a 52mm. not sure if it made any diff since i never dynoed before it

You cant compare yours with his if you had a different converter. Some just arent as efficient as others.

Sorry guys no a/f numbers, I think the str on P.I Vigis is like 2.5, not quite sure. Car still has the stock tune, I drive it up there and they put it on the dyno, was prety hot out and really humid. I'll scan the sheet in

Tony,
GM, it still has the stock 93 tune, thats all untouched. From what a couple of my buddies were saying the car probably has a lot left just in the tune, if I recalll correctly, you've pulled a good bit over the stock tune, I remember you posting a 95 you did picking up a good bit once it was tuned.

Sorry bro...but I honestly wouldnt be THAT dissapointed. You've got a healthy converter on there, and remember its an auto...that sucks HP, and a loose converter will also suck out your HP. You don't have THAT many mods dude. People need to stop stressing about dyno numbers and look at how it runs on the street or track. I had a buddy a few years ago that had an 01 TA with a nice stall, A4 bolt ons, and a cam. It only dynod like 315to the wheels. That sucker would flat out MOVE though. Hit 11's @ around 117mph. Like I said.....dont stress too much over dyno numbers.

Yea, its always ET'd what it should, never trapped that great because of the stall, we'll see when I get some drag radials and get a chance to tune the suspension
