A problem I am having is that when I floor the accelerator pedal, the throttle body will not open all the way. This is definitely a hindrance with my nitrous system that has the WOT switch because the throttle plates are opening enough to engage the switch. I looked around the pedal area for obvious intrusions that could prevent the pedal from fully being depressed and I couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. Is it possible that the throttle cables are out of adjustment? Is there a procedure to tighten them up if that is the case? Or is there something else I may be overlooking? Also, the car does have TCS if that is of any issue.

 

Your rear end wouldnt effect that!
Sounds like the cable is causing that.. or either the throttle device on the TB.

 

Can you open it manually? HOw did you notice it, did your nitrous quite working all of the sudden? Your cable may be streched or binding somewhere.
