I've dyno'd mine cam only (no tuning) and gained 24 peak hp but over 30 gained past 5k, and was still making power at the factory redline. Torque stays about the same until after 5k also and gains over 30 above 5k. I just got the pcm tuned and will be dynoing again very soon.
One thing I noticed comparing dyno sheets is that the hotcam makes identical power to the stock cam until 5k. This is on stock tuning though so we'll check the differences once I get it dyno'd again w/ tuning.
As you can see the Hotcam doesn't help much for street driving on stock tuning and the rev limiter will cut you short at ~5700 so it's good to raise the rpm limit so you can actually see some good gains out of it at high rpm.

344 is good for his mods, but achievable. I have a buddy with a 6 speed, the only other main mod being ported heads and he puts down close to 40 more. Mine is an auto and I put down 380. It all depends on what supporting mods you have, and if you got a decent block from the factory.
