Looks good, Tony .

I just realized that your headers are stepped. I think that is why you have the normal bolt pattern vs. mine that are 1 7/8" from flange to collector.

Anyway, maybe you should buy my headers and try them both. You could post the gains/losses of coated vs. non coated and stepped vs regular. I'll make you a nice deal .

Will do! We should close on the new place by the 17th of next month, and since the new place is less than 1 mile away the move shouldnt take too long. So I'll be back to working on the beast shortly after say the 19th.

C'mon Tony, get that bitch done and run her down the track. It's not even my car and I'm getting impatient.

I think Michelangelo painted the Sistine Chapel in less time.

All aside, it's gonna be sick. Can't wait to see it run.

I might have to hide your trailer the day you want to finally run the car, just to mess with you.

No wait, you help me too much on my car. Damn.

Thanks Brook!
Yes I will hopefully be going turbo in the next couple of years. I might go for Rick's record. I think I have the car to do it and the resources to build it. Only thing holding me back is $ . It is really expensive to go turbo and I will need a sponsorship from a turbo company to do it. (Working on that!!)
glad to hear that you want to go turbo, i allways assumed you were a n20 guy and didnt want to go FI. you deff have most of the stuff to do a good turbo setup.

i dont even want to know how much $ i had tied up into that setup. It would have made a great race car but didnt make much sense as a street car so i sold it all.
I wish i could have afforded to keep it and do other stuff. paying off all my CC debt and new furniture > racecar lol

Well if time is what is takes for the car to run hard then my car will make 1000RWHP before nitrous and run 6's on the motor...

coming up on 3 years worth of work and countless dollars... if I was single it'd probably been done years ago...

And yeah there are some serious LT1 cams coming out on the few cars that will be ready to rumble soon.... Tony's running a huge one, Brett's is pretty large, i'm sure taner has something that is ignorantly loud....

Secondstreetspeed did my solid roller nitrous cam.... 248/260 and .704/.685 on a 114.5.... little lazy on the motor but an absolute rocket ship on both kits hopefully....

well, i finally got it to the track, first pass out snapped the input shaft of clean off! when i broke last year, i unknowingly fractured the input shaft. well once i got the car out of street mode into race mode, the slicks claimed yet another trans part, lol! i have broken everything in a t56 there is to break!

trans is back together, just have to get eveything back into the car.

no time and no luck this year i am tellin ya! lol!!! either way car will hit the track on motor the first time out, get the cobwebs out, i haven't really raced since oct. last year when i grenaded everything behind the trans, lmao!!!

ttyl,

keep us posted!
