11.907, 1.602 60ft, at 112.34..... last year on 15in welds and a 28tall etstreets out back
11.83, 1.62 at 111.87.... this year with more weight reduction and with 17in drag radials on the car.
If the second time looks odd. As in how did I go faster with a slower 60ft, and less mph? I was having problems with the tach and shift light, and ended up short shifting the car by about 500 rpms on each pass.
The car is quite a bit lighter this year, and with the correct shift points and a the 15welds back on the car im looking to go even faster.

The DA you listed is unreal, is that typical? If not, wait till it drops 3000', if that is typical then you will have to get used to odd lookin timeslips, you can put it in the 'calculator' to figure out what it corrects down to at sea level to give you a better idea what it should run at a better DA.
When you say no t/b, does that mean you are on the stock throttle body?
And 60' to 330' is where you want to make the car quick, if you can cover those in a hurry then the rest will take care of the rest, we always look at the 60 and 330 marks to determine if the car is working properly. Mainly b/c we run so much gear that the shifting is done by that time :lmao:
Does your set up make power up at 6800? it is making the power up there you need to use it.
But will say it again, that DA is killing you...

...
well, i'm from the midddle east, and I know that many guys here know who Shon Herron is, haha.
i meant i have a stock t/b...
my 60 are all 1.64- 1.67 330 are all 4.9X
my motor is only a cc306 cam, it does pull good to 6800 but, i didnt want to have to spray it to 6500-6600, i figured by lowering it to 6500 i could spray to 6300 or so...
mainly im worried about the bearings...from what i understand rpm is hard on them and i just figured spray plus alot of rpm wouldent be helping them...what do you think?

I mean honestly Shon... 6psi (turbo) and a th350 im looking for 11's (where you are)... that is how bad the DA is here... But im hoping that a F/I wont be hurt so much by the altitude and I can 2-step and trans brake my way into the 11's (maybe with the help of a small shot on top of things to get me into the low 11's/high 10's).
