How far does your M6 shifter move?

For the M6 guys: When you're driving, how much movement do you get at the shifter when torque is applied and let off the engine? I just changed my trans mount but still get at least an inch of movement and I'm thinking my motor mounts are shot. This is my 2nd stick car and the other was a T5 in a 91 Stang and it moved a helluva lot less...

I hope I dont have the same problem. Mine moves a lot too, and I have the trans mount sitting in the garage

mines moves some as well.. and i know my motor mounts are shot...

mine hardly moves at all (like ive never noticed it at all) i had a 90 5.0 with a t5 and had a lot more movement in that car

mine used to move a lot. then i found out that my trany mount was broke. fixed that now it hardly moves at all.

moves just a little bit but nothing for me to be concerned about. A inch sounds excessive though.

i get some movement, seems like its pulling back and to the right a little, i know the motor mounts are good but i dont know about the trans mounts yet, didnt look
