umm, what was the drivetrain in the car? Tony is making this power through a converter, TH350 and 9"
Trust me, it is not the norm to build these motors that make this kind of power. Vic E is the way to go, it will ALWAYS pick up power over the terrible lt4 intake. Anyways, screw this dyno racing, I want to see this bad boy at the track. Let me know when you head out to SAR!
Harold can build one HELL of a motor at Port Pros! Congrats again Tony.

Tony just wanna say it was awesome experience to be out there with you guys today. Nitro Dave, Moe, ect. I was just expecting alittle more out of my dyno tune today but am very pleased. I know what I need to do now. (SOLID ROLLER with my damn big *** heads)lol. I learned alot out there from you guys and hope to see more from your set-up.
Jason
By the way for you guys, mine put down 436/417 but like i said I need a solid roller with my big *** heads

Awesome numbers man, cars come along way man, oh yeah Tony my offer still stands, seeing me being the pal as I am, I'll let you unload the AFRs, Victor and Fast for my stock 93 heads, intake and computer, even including my PCM4less tune. Even steven, wont even make you cover the difference, I bet I can even throw in an opti or two.

Ok here is the un-corrected one at 535rwhp. I have to find the corrected one. As you can see the dyno was doing funny things. On this run we rolled into the throttle instead of hitting it hard and let off early because we knew it would not record. Needs more timing on the upper rpms. Pulls even harder around 7800 but does not show here.

Jason I enjoyed yall being there. You have a sweet ride! You need to post up some pics of it. That elbow looks great. Good running car just needs the right cam.....etc. You will not be disappointed as it stands right now. It put down some good numbers.

[QUOTE=Tony Shepherd]Well...................after this long journey. We now have some baseline numbers. I must say the FAST XFI is very nice! Moe Bailey is one hell of a tuner I might add. We are going to need to come back and hit the dyno again for some final tuning. Dyno stopped recording at 7400 rpms even though we spun the motor to 8000 rpms. They will have to fix the dyno before we come back. So.........we have it tuned to that point anyways. There is much more left in it.
Here are the hp numbers. Through the normal heavy stuff. 9" rear 4.11 gears, 4000 unlocked converter. TH400. Motor built for nitrous.
SAE
522 rwhp at 7400 rpms N/A
air fuel at 12.69.
I forgot the torque #'s but I know the line was flat.[QUOTE]
Hey! You caught me! That was what my last pull was, a few months ago.
I need to get my XFI in and going.
BTW, I decided to buy mufflers, and go to Englishtown. I want to run that deal with the stock PCM, see how quick I can get it to go in some killer air. Don't have that around here. Da gets below 2000' here and everybody gets all racey.
Congratulations on the numbers and good job...Ed
Congrats on the new numbers.
