getting ready to install my headers and the get the new y pipe put it under my car to see what its going to look and make sure everythinhg is going to be ok but wht the **** its not. the y pipe i got does not bolt up to my cat. i think the guy sent me the wrong y -pipe. i make it work but that means getting rid of the cats. this is what they sent me. any ideas?

 

Thats correct for a single cat car you have to weld the cat onto the y-pipe.95 was also a split year and some had dual cats too.

 

ya thats whats wrong my car has 2 cats and he sent me the y-pipe for a singal!

 

I have one of the oddballs like you. It's a mid production 95 or early 96' So you will have a get a different set of headers or b ditch the the cats and have a muffler shop bend an s pipe to connect to the catback.

 

i think slp makes the s-pipe you are going to need for your 2nd option.
