Default Removing exhasut manifold heat sheilds

does anyone have an easy way to do this I wont need them anymore but want to remove them to make my tear down easier. I was thinking about just cutting them off so I could get to the manifold bolts better.

The best way will be to cut them off. I delt with these pos's when I replaced my head gaskets and put my pacesetter headers on. They're pop riveted or spot welded together (two halves) I cant remember which. PITA, just bust out the metal snips and go to town.

you have to take the pump off before the opti anytime you replace the opti.
