As stated in the title, would non self-aligning 3/8 stud rockers be adequate for the Comp 503 cam? I may be able to snag a good deal on a used set... However, I don't want to take any risks, if they won't hold up, I'll just stick with the 7/16 ones. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks.

 

They should be fine as long as they are good ARPs.

 

i used them on mine and worked fine.

 

As long as they're not stock ones, you'll be fine. Set your rev limiter appropriately.

 

The self align rockers 1.6 are good up to .600" lift.After that you ll need some non self align and guide plates

for the price its better to go 7/16" but if you already have the rockers, your fine.
