I like his setup, but I don't think log setups are really restrictive anywhere in the 9.50 or slower range.

Sorry about the late response. Been busy with work and moving. Selling the truck and getting a gas milage car. Used saved money from payment and gas on go fast parts.

1.5" Primarys, 3" Collectors. 2.5" Crossover, 3" Downpipe

Here is a few pics

Got a interesting issue and haven't tracked down exactly what it is.

Both drives it started nice and idled nice when it was cold. When it heats up it developes a odd stumble. At idle it will idle for a few secs (at least long enough for every cylinder to fire... so not exactly a "miss"), then stumble a little. When it stumbles it leans out a bit on the guage and then recovers and idles nice for a few sec.

So. Possibilitys. First and most likely, is the drivers side o2 wires were cut and extended with but connectors. So possibly im getting some shitty readings from that side. I think im going ot buy the vette o2 since i believe the wires are much longer than the f-bod o2 wires (anyone else know?)

Second. I went to get my NGK Tr6 plugs this time around and of course nobody had em. So I had to settle for a autolite plug that i "think" is the right heat range. These cars seem hate everything but NGK (though some have luck with others i guess). Im not positive of the heat range of the autolite either. So this is another thing that could possibly cause the car to run somewhat odd.

All vacuum lines are on and everything else appears to be in order. Anyone have any ideas??

If it only happens after it warms up(closed loop), I'd guess it is the o2 sensors. Just unplug them and it'll force it into open loop and drive it and let it warm up and see if it still does it. Easy check before you go buy new ones.

Yeah i thought about that but wasn't sure. Once it warms up a bit outside i'll unplug em and give her a drive. Can't hurt.

I've read about other ppl having this issue, check to make sure your plug wires are not making contact with your headers. Make sure they dont have any play in them, or the wind may blow them into the headers....Chris

Very very badass setup man. You really did your homework when you put it together, or at least it looks like it. When it comes time for me to do boost I'll deffinately do the setup that you have without a doubt, but I'm still waiting on some vids.....

Great job

I took out the LT1 because I got tired of the LT1 Pcm...

I honestly should have kept the Lt1 and done megasquirt at the time or followed through with plans I had.

My friend talked me into putting the 5.3 in. I liked it. Ran good. Tuned better. Took 16lbs of boost without ever giving me any problems.

But I think the LT1 ran better at 6psi than the 5.3 did at 10. . . IF anyone spends the money and time on turboing thier LT1... they will without a doubt be so happy with it they wont notice the retarded amount of money they put into it. It spooled great, ran amazing, and was unique.

I raced a bolt on Lt1 at the local drag spot for ***** and giggles and I was damn near at the end of the 1320 when he was half way through. His headlights were tiny dots. It was rediculous.

If you are planning on it and have put the money to the side... DO IT

BTW... i sold the car for a measly 6k

Interesting you say this, as a friends 5.3/tc78 car just ran the same times as I did with my t76, I was on 7lbs, stock heads/cam, he was on 8lbs gt2-3 cam, stock heads, makes me wonder now. He is lighter with slightly smaller stall, more boost, bigger turbo, his 26" mt dr vs my 28" narrow et street, him on 16 degrees timing, myself on 14 degrees.
