I just bought it and installed it on mine. I had to do some triming on the connectors and they fit a little lose you have to really crank the clamps down. It took me awhile to install because of how big it is but it seems to be holding up alright. The elbow does seem to get pretty hot though.

That looks EXACTLY like my trick flow elbow. Instructions look identical... thats funny...
If it is identical, it will fit just fine. Had absolutely no problems what-so-ever with mine. You'll have to drill out the hole for the opti vent line if your using one.

That looks nice and clean...^^^^ I'm also wondering if I'll have issues with my TB because its the Accel/LPE 58mm and its about 1/4-1/2" deeper than others I've seen and sticks out towards the radiator a bit more...mmmm...Do you have any clearance between your elbow and the TB or is it almost touching?

^^^ Thanks! I liked the black elbow since its not as obvious and since I'm not really doing any other shiny parts, it kinda fits.
The elbow has about a 1/4"-1/2" clearance between it and the radiator shroud. The K&N CAI rubber coupling (between the maf and big-plastic-K&N elbow) is pressed snug up against the radiator shroud. You can sort of see in the picture from the side there.
