Is a line that comes up with the 2 fuel lines. Goe under the intake elbow into the manifold I think?

It goes under the throttle body to the right side of the engine. It's an evaporative emission pipe. It connects to the bottom front of what must be the evap. sensor. It's between the valve cover and intake manifold 1/2 way between the front and back.

I had an idea it was that, wasn't sure..
I believe it's a vent line. The LS1 Cars don't have that, I am trying to figure out why not.

My car has randomly been stalling out on me and dying randomly. Was curious one day after it just stalled to check to see if any pressure came out when I unscrewed the gas cap and it didn't. Car just stopped running all together today. Got it towed back to my apartment took the fuel pump out and everything seems to be sealed fine and everything looks to be connected the right way ect. (just changed the pump and the opti). Checked all the opti connections, plugs and wires, still don't have anything that seems like it would be cuasing the problem. I did do a ghetto spark test and pulled a plug and plug wire and grounded it on the body and tried turning over to see if there was any spark but nothing (or at least I couldn't tell from where I was looking from. Very little fuel comes out too when I press on the shrader vavle. Just confused as to what could be the problem and concerned if this needs to be fixed asap or not

That is the line that goes back to the canister by the fuel tank. It shouldnt be whats causing your dying problem though.
