When I got mine, they gave me solid Copper Gaskets. I would say the best bolts would be the Allen Headed ones if I had a choice. The regular ones are alright, just a pain to do in some spots.

The copper gaskets that came with mine looked to be good quality, so I used them. I also used the bolts that they supplied. I haven't put the passenger side on yet, but on the drivers side, I was able to tighten every bolt using a 1/8 drive ratchet and 2" extension. It doesn't get much easier than that.

Yeah Im with Ralls, when did Pacesetter start including copper gaskets? The white paper ones came with mine. I had to order the gaskets I wanted because of that.

Breslin Split-Lock bolts are nice. I originally bought the Stage8's but threw them all in the weeds after fighting to get them off. I now have ARP 12-point stainless bolts, which are purdy, but as with any non-locking bolt they need retorquing once or twice..

Do LT1 heads have enough thread depth for 1" header bolts? It would make bolting the headers up a little more difficult (not for me ) but 3/4" bolts have so little thread after you factor in the flange thickness.

Spectre 46723 looks like a good / cheap 1" bolt set (includes tool):

yes they do, i ordered the 1" nascar style header bolts off ebay. and i went to summit and picked up a felpro gasket for the headers. IMO the pacesetter gaskets are garbage! i used pacesetters gaskets for the collectors and less than a week and they blew and i had a ghey sounding exhaust leak!
