re-installed the motor....a, lot of extras

Since i have deleted the air pump and EGR and A/C from the car....what do i do about the loose ends? Can i just let the plugs sit where they lay?

I taped mine up and zip tied them out of the way. Who knows, I might end up living somewhere that does emisions testing and have to put it all back.
