My uncle's got a 95 vette which is in need of a tune up before we sell it. I'm gonna pick up some NGK TR55's, but was wondering what gap I should be running in it. The car is all stock except for a cat-back. I would know what to run if it was an LS1, but I don't really have much experience with the LT1's, so any feedback is appreciated. My guess would be .050.

Its a crap shoot. I have a stroker with all msd and tr55's. I run .050 and have great results. Now for some one with a stock opti running alittle smaller say .040 is as small as i could recomend, you might buy a few thousand more miles out of that stock opti by taking some of its load off of it. Also being its a little smaller you are less likely to get the spark blown out at upper rpm's.
