AIR pump leads to the headers/manifolds, depending on what you got it MIGHT be an M22 drain plug or some other size I do not recall.

The other 'stuff' is all related to EGR.

Good to know about the AIR. I just got my tune in which, assuming I did it right, programmed out AIR and EGR. I planned to do the AIR soon, since it looked 10x easier.

AIR is easier except the metal pipe that goes under the engine, that is a bitch to get out. You have to cut it at the bottom and there isn't a lot of room.

I got a couple of brass plugs from Home Depot and stuck them on the manifolds till I get some headers.

So i can plug the the EGR & AIR without a tune and it will run the same and just have a SES light on ? so the tune is not necessary till emissions come around? I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO THIS AIR BLOCKING PART HELP ME OUT GUYS. I GOT THE IDEA ABOUT THE EGR , JUST TWO LITTLE BLOCK OFF PLATES, BUT WHAT FOR THE AIR ??

If you have the race headers then you can remove the pump and do nothing but remove the codes from the PCM, or leave it on and it just pumps air when its on into the bay, no harm, no foul.

The only thing you need to plug in that case is the hole in the intake or cai.

oh and there is a vacuum line on the manifold that goes to the air pump check valve on 95+ cars
