I tried to use those, after the 2nd set I got came apart when I opened them up I decided to go with .027" 4.01 bore cometics.

Also FYI My chambers are at 48cc I believe. I was reading an old post about HG's on cz28 with your replies. How can I get a good measure on compression? And Where to buy .027" HG's? Will that be efficient with my setup?

those cometics he is talking about can be ordered in whatever size you want. However they work best with a freshly decked block, or they MAY not seal. The problem with the Mr.Gasket is that the packaging is poor and it sticks to the gasket and pulls the coating off, but i had read that they had fixed that issue, or were trying to or something like that. may also want to look in to the stock lt1 b-body gasket which is .029 IIRC.

I was wrong, the chambers are at 55cc. I dont know the the hell I was thinking. but for further reference:
2.05/1.6 Ferrea 6000 valves
198cc heads
stock 350

I'm trying to get the right headgaskets now because yesterday I went to O'Reillys and asked for the B-body ones and I got the 9966 PT ones..I asked if the thickness showed up on his computer but nope-And I couldnt tell by looking. Figures they are the .043" ones sitting here now. NAPA said theyd have to order them for me. Everyone is saying get the B-body HGs but where?!

Ill be going up to the local dealer here soon to pick up the impala HG's, but so Im not suprised- how much will I be looking at? Mr Gasket has .026" [the same thickness] for $70. I figured the impala ones would be cheaper?
