Look at the Impala head gaskets. They are .029 thickness. I have used them on every build I have done with great results.

If you use Cometics, Make sure your surfaces are freshly milled as they are designed to be used on speced surfaces.
If this is a garage replacement use Felpro - they are great and are able to fix the minor spaces in an unmilled surface.

Impala gasket are discontinued FYI. Your going to have to find a Dealership that has a few in stock. And not Jason @ samtaylor.....i got all theres. I spent the last month looking. Everyone was selling them for 7.xx a piece. Hope you find some if thats what you want.
