Default Ez Cheap Headlight Gear fix

Im sure most of you know what i mean when i say myheadlight gear stripped out in that one spot. anyone have a trick of how to fix it free, or anyone have a link to a site with a cheap gear i can buy? Thanks guys.

turn the gear 180 degrees.

Yea, take it out and spin it 180º to the 50% of unused gears. I did that and fucked it all up tho because I'm awesome like that lol So right now I just made them perm-up. Oh well. If you know what you're doing it's supposed to work great. (Yes, you'd wonder how you can mess up spinning it 180º, but somehow I didn't get it far enough past the stripped portion and made it worse)

ok this may seem like a dumb question but i already took it all apart and i dont remember where the stripped part was, so can you tell me where the stripped part will be after a 180* turn, like 6 o clock 9 o clock? Thanks alot guys.

I would've, and SHOULD'VE, but I believe they're $45 EACH :\
