Default 355 ci

I notice alot of cars with this set up,i've never seen this assembly kit anywhere??is there something special about it & where can i get it from?

i thought it was just a .030 over 350 block?

not really usually people go with forged pistons and rods and higher compression when doing a 355 then porting the heads

The 6in Rod/Piston selection is one of the best for our engines, it works very well together.

It might add 2-3 hp but the main purpose of a 355 is to bore the cylinder walls and make them true again so the rings seat good and it makes good compression

Could you provide me with part numbers for the rods & pistons im thinking of doing it in the next rebuild.

if i keep this im going with an un forged 355 with the 6.0 rods.

355ci is just a clean off shave of the cylinders. when you go to 364 (6.0) or 383 or 396 THEN youre talking 20-40hp.
