Here's some real world info, I know it's not an LT1 engine but every engine is basically the same.

When I priced it back in the day it was around 1500 complete with a 1000 CFM 58mm TB. I have seen them go for around half of that on ebay for the LT1. To make it a bolt-on deal I would get the LT1 version for sure, get it ported and supply it with a 1300CFM monoblade and rev the car to 6500 and lower. Usually around 6,000 is when the intake stops producing power because of its really long runners (around 15inch) but with some nice LE heads and a small to mid size cam (230/236) with the rest of the supporting you'd out power any similiar setup with a LT1 intake, not only in peak numbers but through the power curve. That makes a car hella of a lot faster.

Nope.
IMO for a daily driver or a street strip car on a low reving setup with near stock gear, it would be Great. It's all about street performance for me anyways.

i remember back in the day, late 80s when the superram came out it was the only performance intake that did not utilize stock parts.then slp came out with the T-RAM (thanks to Kevin Woodruff @SLP),then the mini-ram from TPIS hit the streets and we did not have a clue,it put the L98 up in the ranks of rpm,way easier on our tuners to get a nice idle the only drawback was the lack of egr provisions and that stunk cause we knew in texas the state was changing emissions laws to be more strict especially visual.
