XE 230/236 guys and bench racers needed
Finally getting motor back in car after about a year and a lot of mishaps. Got the 230/236 .544 .555 112lsa and was just wondering how high everybody else is revving their engines with this cam. I have 1.6RR and double springs good up to .600 lift, i was thinking 62-6300 but wasn't sure.
Now, what kind of HP should i be putting down?
355 CI engine
SRP .030 over Pistons-Fly cut
Eagle 6 inch H-Beam rods
Scat 9000 cast crank
Miloden Splayed main caps
Motor has turned 7 grand and is capable of 8000 with another ECM and will easily hold a 200 shot of the spray, slightly decked, CR should be 11.0:1
Aluminum heads double springs bigger valves flowed 272/207, work done by MORE performance out of NC
XE 230/236 cam
1.6 RR
COMP R Lifters
30# SVO's
CIA budget headers and open cutouts
Budget CAI
52MM throttle body
EWP
MSD cap and rotor
Professional dyno tuned
I'm hoping for 400 at the wheel, and i've heard ppl going 350 with this cam and stock heads so hopefully i've got enough head work and stuff to get me up there. Thanks a lot.

ive got a set of self ported heads on mine (not sure how much they flow) and its bounced off the 7k rev limiter quite a few times due to a non-manual valvebody in the trans. not sure what kinda power its making, but its gone 7.13@98 in the 1/8 so far. 6.61@102 with a 125 shot.

I can see 380 to the wheels with your 6sp . Im partial to cams with similar or lower duration but more lift, and a bit more compression wouldnt hurt, but you should make nice peak power.
To be frank though, I wouldnt worry one bit on what it puts down unless you are still tuning it. Take her to the track and see what she runs!
