National LTX Shootout
#187
Just to throw it out there, the fastest b-bodys in the nation converge on Atlanta every November. There will be at least a few in the 9's this year. A event in Atlanta on that same weekend, or close to Atlanta would pull a large b-body turn out as well. Here's some info: www.sshs7.com

Here are a few driving distances to ponder
From Memphis, Tennessee to Seattle, Washington is about 2413.06 miles
From Bowling Green, Kentucky to Seattle, Washington is about 2423.91 miles
From St Louis, Missouri to Seattle, Washington is about 2145.25 miles
From Atlanta, Georgia to Seattle, Washington is about 2698.27 miles
From Shreveport, Louisiana to Seattle, Washington is about 2362.29 miles
From San Antonio, Texas to Seattle, Washington is about 2279.63 miles
From Nashville, Tennessee to Seattle, Washington is about 2452.39 miles
From Kansas City, Kansas/Missouri to Seattle, Washington is about 1890.22 miles
From Houston, Texas to Seattle, Washington is about 2443.20 miles
So Basicly IF My Idea of "Centraly loacted" was the same as yours We would be asking you to race at places Like Las Vegas, Denver and Seattle.
We are not asking that at all guys and gals. We plan on traveling Two to three days for this event. How many of you have the ***** to travel more then a few hours to prove you can beat my Slow *** POS?

Tony Is the man! I am no where as fast as him or some of the others but I would happily fill a spot for no shows I have even stepped up to the plate to try and make sure it happens Even if it is two far away to race at I might hopp on a plane and come see.
You know the funny part? Of the people putting in the time and making the calls to get this thing rolling? Two are up here in the Pacific North west over 2000 miles away.
Come on guys let get it going!

Thank you for the mention. I would really like to see everyones car! It will be a field day to walk around the pits and see nothing but LT1 setups. You can really gather some new ideas from this and meet some faces you talk to online all the time. If you want tech help and answers to your questions for your upcoming build.....this is where you can learn guys. Some of the top LT1 guys will be here and I know all will be willing to give advice myself included.
