Most rwhp with unported stock heads?
I do 371rwhp peak @ 6300rpm N/A with stock heads other than LT4 valves. I have a rebuilt 353ci shortblock and a CC306. A year after that, I did 367rwhp. The guy running the dyno let out at 6000 when hp was still climbing, I'm positive it would have hit 371 or a little higher if he wrung it out a little further.
anyone higher?
I don't think my numbers are anything to get excited about, just wondering if anyone has been higher with unported heads.

Here's one from about 3 years ago. If you compare the STD numbers you guys are pretty close on peak hp. Can you post your dyno charts?

The main difference between your numbers and Jon A's numbers is that his car was a cam only setup. He doesn't have 11.5:1 compression, few more cubes and larger valves like you do fireman. You are going to have a hard time finding other setups to compare yours to because nobody really runs a setup like that with unported heads, and your car isn't comparable to all of the cam only setups because you are gaining some decent hp with the higher compression, bigger valves and extra cubes.

Cam only means untouched bottom end...and heads
Hence CAM ONLY
I think you could get away with using the LT4 valves if not much of the head was touched for cam only records...

I was just curious if anyone could claim higher numbers N/A with unported stock castings regardless of valves, compression, etc. But you are right about no one having a simalar setup.

Does the intake have that dog box housing welded on or somthing?

There is metal added on the outside of the intake above the injector bosses. This allows the inside if the ports to be reshaped for, I believe a more vertical shot to the port on the head. I think they refer to it as "raising the roof" of the intake ports.

I'm thinking of having Lloyd port a set Trickflows for me. I really need to do some more research, I'm not really impressed with any of the options right now.
Probably next year on the heads. I'm about done with the cosmetic mods for now. Did the '01 T/A exterior conversion last fall, did 19" staggered wheels recently, and now the car is in the body shop getting repainted and a WS6 hood installed.

you should look into those trickflow heads-ive heard that some people have had trouble with piston-to-valve clearance.you might be looking at other changes just to run those particular heads...
